Sure is, The arms also come with all the hardware and upper bushing to complete the install. The arms feature the tapered hole for 1 ton chevy tre's but we can drill them out to 3/4 for heims if you wish.

Normal retail will be a less than that for the short arms. Probably pretty close if you need a long and a short. Of course once you apply the AZ wheeler discount you should be VERY happy with the price.
