I can tell you it is now an SOA which is itself a 5-6" lift. It had a 3.5" lift when I pull the front and rear axles. Before that it had a 6" lift. So to me it looks like it was when it had the 6" lift. As for the rear shackle is at roughly a 45* angle which should be just about perfect. The XJ springs are sitting totally flat and should flex very nicely. The wayback hangers are a few inches longer than the stock hanger position.

Since I am not a welder and I was off I decided to try and do a little work today. First I went to Napa and picked up some 9/16 lugnuts. I painted the rear drums today and the hubs. Also painted front hubs along with the calibers. I pulled the leafs out and just set the out today and I took a measurement for the WB. It looks like I'll be at either 104" or 108" depending on which way the front leafs are facing. Either way I'll be happy. If it goes to 108" I may need to find an Astrovan and use its steering box to accomodate the for the axle being so far forward. Anyone know which years of Astrovan I need to find for the steering box?
